The trip was very well organized, from the planning stage to the end of the tour. Everything went according to schedule, with some flexibility built in. I liked the format of the visits, which included both presentations and mini fairs. I found the presentations to be the most effective, as they helped students easily remember the university and learn more about it. Some visits, however, were only fairs held during school lunch hours, which were not very effective. First, the time was too short and students needed to finish lunch. Second, many students were too shy to approach university representatives.
Overall, the tour met my expectations and I was satisfied with the experience. Another concern is how to get the students and counselor's contact information.
It was a good experience, most of the schools made arrangements for their students to attend our presentation and subsequently visited our tables and discussed their study plans. The first school visited was not good at all. The school counselor or the leadership were totally disconnected from the event.
The Thai-Singapore School was good.
The third school in Bangkok, Bangkok Prep International School was just ok.
All the school visits in Vietnam were good and would like to return again.
